These lights are inexpensive and compact but not as bright as the picture would lead you to believe. The blue LED fans in my Antec 900 case are much brighter than these little LEDs and I'm sorry to say that this was a wasted $6.      » READ MORE

I bought 2 of these and I'm very happy with the quality and UV light output these produce. I bought these after reading about the potential harm cold cathode lighting products can cause. Basically it has to do with the power inverter/supply of the cold cathode. If your not aware of the risk, you should do some reading into the matter. That is why low power led lighting is the way to go for case modding!       » READ MORE

If these come on at the right sale price snap them up. I snapped up a few at a great price. If you find they don't provide enough light buy some more there cheap. I plan to purchase some UV cable mesh to hide the wiring.       » READ MORE

A good representation of how much light this gives off is to look at the red light on the bottom of your optical mouse, that's about how much light this gives off. The UV does work though, but not as well as I thought it would.I used my dremel and mounted it into one of the empty bays right under my dvd burner drive, so the light only shows when you open the front door of the computer.The plastic is chrome colored and seems kind of cheap though,if that doesn't bother you, throw one of these in with your next order.      » READ MORE

This unit is very small and very bright. It's not enough to light up the interior of a case (you'd need 2 or 3), although it provides some nice effect lighting. As shown by the picture, each LED has a somewhat narrow beam, so although the light is spread out over 90 degrees, it's not quite continuous.       » READ MORE
