Easily one of the best hard drive i've never owned. I own 3 of those and 2 of them are in a RAID 0 config. It's hella fast. Great boost in loading times and great for gaming as well. The next step after this is either the velociraptor or the SSD.

Bought this to run the OS, works really well. I knew that with 150gb, it would never be a storage drive, just my main software drive, and with that purpose in mind it works great. I have temp sensors on it and my 500gb drive and they are at the same temperature, so even with it's faster RPM, it doesn't really effect temps. Overall a solid buy.

This is a great hard drive to install your OS on if you aren't building a silent PC. For more space, a regular 7200 rpm drive would compliment this very well.

I have not been disappointed at all with the performance of this drive. I've heard a lot of people complain about the noise it generates, but I don't expect a computer to be deadly-silent anyway, so it really doesn't bother me. Excellent buy.

using this as a main drive for a clients PC. A noticeable speed improvement over your average 7200rpm drive. The only bad thing I can say is that when the drive is hard at work it louder than any other drive i've listened to.

Switched from a Seagate 320GB hard drive to this when I overhauled my computer. To be honest I was expecting this thing to be much faster based on the reviews I read. My load times in games are better but overall I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. On another note, the drive is Very noisy, easily the loudest thing in my computer.

I'm semi happy with this drive. Gotta admit, it runs faster than anything I ever own before. But the noise, wow.. it's really difficult to stand, and I'm the type that can handle noise. But this is a demon =/. Thinking of getting 500gb Hitachi instead. More room, Fast, but not Raptor fast. And less noise!

- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
