I love this webcam, would buy it again. 4/5. Its easy to use and the privacy shade works great if your worried people will see you when you don't wanna be seen, or if you forget it on :).

Installation was very easy. The instructions tell you DONT PLUG IN BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. So, install the software and WAIT until you are asked to plug the USB port. I tried just about all the settings. Nice features. Some I will not use like the feature to replace your picture with an image that moves with you. It tracks you; optional and good. It comes with a quick hide feature and a physical mask that you flip in front of the camera ; nice touch. At first I hit the take quick picture a couple of times. But now I dont. I leave the camera sitting on top of the monitor. THIS IS A GREAT CAMERA.

upgraded from STX, quite a bit jump in terms of image quality, been happy under xp, recently upgraded to vista, the driver is not yet stable, crash or freeze sometimes, be aware!

I don't recommend buying this for a laptop because it isn't designed to go on the back of them but if you have somewhere else to put it then it would still work. There is not much lag time but it does freeze if you move vigorously while using it with msn.

this web cam has been the best i have used so far. Very smooth with face maping and full image coverups. Would definately recomend this if you want a good vid cam for a decent price.

Great webcam, iv had it for a while now with no problems. the only thing i have to say about it is that i spet a lot on it. alot more then what its going for now. so in my eyes this is a steal. also the microphone i never liked. i found it to be rather Tinny sounding. i would suggest this webcame as it hasnt let me down yet.

This is a great little cam! It supports all the IM clients with clear video and sound with it's built-in mic.They also supply a headset if you would rather have a conversation in private.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA).
