it's fast, and high quality, it's not cheap though, there's not much to say, it get the job done perfectly, and its not loud. It's a VERY VERY good hard drive.

Great drives, had two in raid zero and will probably never go back to anything slower. Moving to two 150s though at the 74s just don't cut it anymore for HD space.

This thing is extremely loud when seeking but very quiet when idle. Sounds like the wheel on the Wheel-Of-Fortune but louder. This HD is not for storage, of course, but games and your OS and maybe your programs. Overall, I'm very pleased with the HD and I'm planning on getting the Raptor X as my next HD.

i had this drive for about 8 months now , it runs quick but sounds like a wood pecker taping on my case but when idle , this thing is more quiet then my wd 500 gig , i can lay this drive on top of my case and it would not have any vibration except while seeking , cant say that for my 500 gig , would i buy again ? nope , would just get a bigger drive

This is THE hard drive to use for your programs/gmaes/OS, you need it. Just be sure you don't need the 150GB version then buy it right away, it really really worth it.

What can I say? It's a hard drive... very performant, I checked that and I shopped a lot for hard drives and this is one of the best. Cons: it's noisy.

This has been one of those purchases that you just won't regret. It is one of those components that will last through many system upgrades. I am still in awe of how fast it is. Can't imagine raid 0. The only downside is the relative small size.

I owned a 36 Gb 8 Mb Raptor in the past and I always loved the fast seeks this drive provided for my OS and Apps needs. Game loading is very fast and boot time is shortened.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Notebooks, PDAs, Televisions, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page. DOA items may be returned within 25 days of ordering and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of NCIXUS.com.
- LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
