MCP655™ series 12 VDC Pumps
FeaturesThe MCP655™ pump is a high reliability, high pressure industrial pump, featuring a 50,000 hour MTBF (5 year lifetime). Such reliability is afforded by the unique design of this pump, which contains only one moving part: the magnetically driven spherical impeller spins on a single ceramic bearing, thus extending the life of this pump beyond existing standards.
The pump is completely plug-and-play, and connects directly to the computer power-supply with a standard 4 pin power connectors. It's compact design, quiet and powerful motor make it ideally suited for heavy duty cooling in environments where space is at a premium.
The MCP655 is available in two versions:
- With a speed controller (part # MCP655)
- Without speed controller (part # MCP655-B)

Retention Mechanism
The MCP655™ can either be installed with the built-in neoprene pad featuring a peel-off adhesive back, or permanently with thru-bolts as shown below.

I wanted this pump over the 350/355 as these have better reliability and a smaller heat dump. They're a bit larger but nothing excessive that can't be fitted in most cases. Would be nice if the top allowed for custom barbs though. Overall, very happy.

This pump is a tank. It's currently running 3 radiators and 2 water-blocks in my loop, no problem. The price is worth it IMO though some may say it's too expensive. This is a quality pump and very powerful. It is quite large but I have a huge case and its black to its wasn't too hard to hide.

Its still pumping great, and working like a charm. it does have a bit of a hum at higher speeds but if you run your computer 24/7 you wont notice. its a great backbone for water cooling.

This is an excellent pump. Before purchasing it I was worried it would be too loud, but if you mount it properly this pump makes virtually no noise. Unfortunately there is no way you can change the fittings on this pump, so you are stuck with plastic. This hasn't really been an issue for me however.

Great pump, feels very solid and provides great flow rates. I would strongly recommend using the included anti vibration pad when mounting this to ensure minimal noise.

Over all a great pump, can't complain too much about it when it outperforms the MCP355 (which I also have) for around the same price point. Watch for shoddy dials on the potentiometer, though. Other than that, highly recommended!

Did the Vortex solution using this pump and a Mcr-220-qp intergrated reservoir and soon to be Mcr-320 as well its a solid pump and from all the reviews and owners a well built product hope it does well for me too.:)

Works awesome! Barbs are a very tight fit with 7/16" tubing - hard to get on, but will probably never leak. Very quiet even on high setting. Highly recommended and it's easy to see what every talks about it.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
