What can I say, it did exactly what I wanted it to. Was plenty enough power for a budget build, and worked perfectly right after installation. Would definitely purchase again for a low powered build. Only downside was the cables are not sleeved, but for a closed case, and for 28 bucks, what do you expect. A+

I bought this while it was on surprise special for $19.99. I put it into a full-time folding machine that includes a Gigabyte P35-DS3L (note: the original DS3L, not the EP version which consumes less power) and an Intel e2180 overclocked to 3.33GHz. At full load, the machine pulls about 150w, which is right around the 50% load mark for this PSU, which tends to be where efficiency is maximized. So really, this is the perfect PSU for that build.

I bought this to replace a VERY loud and dying 300W PSU. I was very pleased, my system now runs almost completely silent, and I have had no issues to date. There is sufficient power to run my Radeon X1600 with a hard drive, floppy, and dvd burner and have no issues. A great buy! I didn't expect much for $35, and I got exactly what I bargained for: a low-cost, quiet power supply that does the trick. Of course, when I upgrade, I will likely have to buy a new one (due to higher power requirements for newer video cards), but this does the trick!

These PSU's are pretty decent for the price. They handle up to date systems easily and are near silent. I did have one out of four of these PSU's fans crap out after one week though.

I'm always repairing PC's and the power supply unit is about the most common component to fail. When these went on sale I bought a spare. A very nice PSU for an affordable price.
