Damn, these things sound amazing, epsecially on my xbox. Everything sounds amazing, great speakers for a great price and a great brand.Only one negative thing, I would've been nice if logitech included their 5.1 game console adapter and not some cheap 2.1 one (then you only get fake "matrix surround sound.

These 5.1 speakers are fairly cheap so they are priced pretty well, performance is great, subwoofer is great you can feel the wattage on the amp. it can be loud, got good quality, and also the little remote makes it so perfect

I was very excited to set this up because I've only read good reviews about it. I know there has been alot of discussion over the lenght of the cables but nothing really bad to consider. The 2 front speakers don't have to be that long because it's going to be on your desk. As for the 2 rear speakers, the cord lenght for each is about 4 meters, which is pretty long for me. And the center speaker clipped perfectly with my 24 LCD monitor.Setting it up took overall an hour that's because I was being careful. Oh and when you open the box flip it upside down and let everything slide out.So yah setup is easy because the cords are color-coordinated but before connecting them to the back of the sub make sure they are placed in the position you want, as adviced by the manual.Once I turned on my PC, the welcome tune of my Vista never sounded more crisp and clean I played a bunch of my songs containing alot of bass and let me tell you.. it was bangingThe Logitech X-540 is worth the money so if you are still hesitating, I'm telling you to go it while it's still on sale

I have problems setting up the speakers because the back speaker wires are not long enough to go around the room. Other than that, this system sounds great!

This is a great value for anyone looking fo rdecent 5.1 speakers. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the THX-rated systems, but it is less than a third the price of most of them. The way the center channel clips on to any monitor is a good idea as well. I love the power and sound they produce for an amazingly low price, especially if bought on sale.

These speakers are pretty decent for the price. I was using a logitech 2.1 x-220 set before hand. They still work great after 6 years though i wanted surround sound and a better midrange.
