I am using it in my PS3, and it has been great. It was recognized right away, and everything loads quickly, though there isn't too much of a performance gain. But the price for a 160GB right now is awesome.

Purchased this drive to replace the failed drive in my laptop. Worked perfectly after being installed, fast and reliable. No issues at all. If I had another need I would purchase this one again.

A client had a hard drive failure in his laptop and this Seagate drive made an excellent replacement.The install was easy and the drive was recognized immediately.A great price and warranty make this and even better buy.

I bought this to upgrade my PS3 hard drive, so went from 60GB to 160GB for a good price. No noticeable speed increases from the original PS3 60GB drive, but it is actually the same drive as this one (Momentus) so that's to be expected.

For now I'm using this as an external hard drive, but eventually it will also be my new Playstation 3 drive. I have no complaints with the drive... it's fast for a 5400 RPM, quiet and priced well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a 2.5 inch drive

Like other reviewers, I got this one for my PS3. It was easy to install (despite the pesky strip-happy screws - have some spare ones ready) and seems to run a little faster now. The console runs noticeably quieter now too, which was surprising as I didn't think the heat generated from two different hard drives would be so much different.

I purchased this to upgrade my PS3 hard drive. It worked perfectly, installation was a breeze. I find my PS3 is a bit faster now too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their PS3. Very happy with seagate products.

I just got this harddrive to change the one that I have in my Playstation 3. I wanted something that will not boost the temperature too much since my PS3 is a little hot when I play for a long time. Since I have this HD the temperature have not been that low since I have my PS3. So far everything is working really great. I now that Seagate make good quality hard drive and this one is really a top quality

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking.
