Works great on a old socket 939 FX-60 cpu. Great cooling. A little hard to install due to the size. Can be used on my next rig due to the multitude of mounting options. Would recommend this to anybody.

Temps weren't spectacular but I can't compare to the stock HS/F because I never mounted it. Regardless its keeping my E8400 under 60 at load and at 4.0ghz.

I bought this because the stock heatsink I got with my E6750 was giving high temps. Once I installed this my temps dropped by a significant amount. Very impressed, its a little big but I love it.

Originally bought this for an overclocked e8400 n4ghz. Temps were within safe range but on the higher side so I decided to use this in my htpc (e6300n3ghz). Removed the fan and and now the loudest part of the htpc is the power supply. Happy with the buy however would not recommend for use with any major overclocking setup.

WOW just WOW, at first I was really hating it because of the STUPID fan mounts, but when you get those in place it seems pretty solid. I didn't think the stock mounting was sturdy enough so I bought the scythe SCURK1 kit, and it's given me peace of mind.

I am using this cooler with E2160 at 3 Ghz and it has no problems keeping CPU temperature low and system stable. This heatsink is also silent even with its stock fan at full speed. The only downside is its size, but this is expected if you want to combine cooling efficiency and silent operation in case of air cooling.

I had a terrible experience with this thing, the one I received was broken (the plate would not completly cover the cpu). For the time I had it, the temp were still better than the stock cooler, but not that much (because of the problem probably)

It's alright if your not planning to overclock and want something that's quiet and a little better over a stock cooler. Personally I'd recommend the scythe universal blackplate as well as the lga775 push pins with this arent the easiest to install.
