Great monitor that has nice bright colors and speed, no dead pixels which none of my Samsung monitors have had yet. I wish the base swiveled but it's not a big deal, I do think they should have at least put a DVI cable in the box rather than skimp out on that. At least give us one of the two anyway. Has good build quality, and is very stable once setup.

Bought this for my parents and they are very happy with this LCD. A little small for me personally but good enough for them (emailing, chatting, browsing). Nice colour and clear display overall, well worth the price. Have another higher end Samsung LCD, very happy with it as well.

no dead pixels, works excellent for the customer i supplied it to. not used for gaming at all, just regular windows duties like word processing emails etc etc. replaced a monster crt and customer has had nothing but good things to say about it. i will buy a samsung LCD again!

Had an old Dell 17 in before this. The shiny surround can get a bit annoying, but it's only a minor annoyance. I haven't noticed any backlight bleed or stuck pixels as of yet. Oddly, a VGA cable is included, but not a DVI cable. Overall, this is a nice upgrade from my old 17 in.

I had a 17 inch samsung LCD before I bought this one. I think it was a good upgrade. The monitor looks nice and works well. I also got a dvi cable for the monitor so I don't have to fiddle around with those analogue to dvi adapter thingies now. I can just plug the monitor straight into my video card.

This is the best LCD screen I have ever owned or personally used. This screen has the fastest response time compared to any screen as I do not notice any ghosting(trailing images\blurred after image) at all. This screen is very bright and you may want to tone your settings from when it arrives.

Great quality. Picture is great. Watched a couple of movies on this. Fares a lot better than my 19" Acer widescreen; blacks deeper, colours more accurate. Aesthetically pleasing as well.

Overall I'm really happy with this monitor. I bought it for a workstation and it's magic tune software and clear display is saving my eyes a lot of ache. Perfect so far - but was a bit disappointed that it did not come with a DVI cable.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. - Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and an NCIXUS.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise. DOA items may be returned within 25 days of ordering and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of NCIXUS.com.
- LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
All product warranty coverage after 25-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
