This is my second one the first had Xram issues It locked up crackling noises and I had to turn down the setting lower than the on board sound.The forums for these issues was almost 150 pages for one topic. I took a big chance getting another one but this second card has ran smooth and no double reboots and blue screens I am really happy with this card.

This sound card delivers great sound and allows 7.1 speaker setup. Although a little pricey, you get good Sound Blaster quality and product support through their website.

This is a gamer card, and I would not recommend it if you wanted a professional audio editing card. Nevertheless, definitely buy this card if you are looking to upgrade from onboard audio and are using high-quality speakers like Logitech Z-5500. If you use low-end speakers, you will likely not hear a noticable difference. The X-Fi series has had some known incompatabilities so make sure to research whether it'll work with your system.

A good card overall, excells at gaming. After months of tuning I have finally come up with settings that are optimal for listening to music and gaming, out of the box this card does not play at its full piotential.

Excellent Card, would be even better if Creative and Microsoft addressed the 4 gig barrier issue alot of people are having with this card. Other than that the sound is spectacular and combined the with logitech z5500 I can hear anything and everything in any game. :-)

I got it because of a rebate.. doe it worth it ? yes if you upgrade from an onboard audio solution But not it don't really worth it you have a Audigy 2 ZS already. Not many games yet support this fancy XRAM feature. If you are looking for you first dedicated sound card .. get it.

- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking.
