I upgraded to this Canon from an HP Officejet 6210. The double-sided printing feature is definitely a plus. I didn't like printers with the paper-feeder on its back, but this one feeds fine so far. The size is a little big for an inkjet and there is no ethernet port, but all the included features make it a solid performer. I'd be very happy if the printer continues to perform like this for the remainder of its lifetime.

This is a fantastic printer! I purchased this printer mainly to print pictures taken with my Canon XTI SLR camera. The pictures produced by this printer are truly lab quality. I could not expect more from aprinter. For that low price, it is simly hard to belive. It also scan, fax and photo copy.

Bought this for my girlfriend to copy her family photos and artwork. The print quality simply cannot be beat for the price (Especially with this week's sale of $79.99). I sold printers/scanners about 2 years ago, and i would never have imagined that they would have advanced in quality this much in such a short time.

Ive had this printer for a month now, and I can't stop raving about it. For a $100 printer (grabbed it on an NCIX sale), I can't get over all the features. The duplexer is a godsend, the black/white printing is quite fast (have not really used colour yet), the ADF for the scanner is awesome... I could go on. I am VERY pleased with this product.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Notebooks, PDAs, Televisions, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page. All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly. All fees, including "shipping and handling", insurance coverage fees, and "Rapid Replacement" fees are non-refundable.
- Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and an NCIXUS.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise. DOA items may be returned within 25 days of ordering and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of NCIXUS.com.
- LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
