Been a great monitor for me so far. i dont play many games but i do watch movies and do a lot of surfing with my computer which this monitor has been excellent for. only small issue is that sometimes when i turn it off it wont turn back on unless i reboot the computer, but that may be due to my video card and the dvi output, as i havent seen that complaint anywhere else. also this monitor comes with a dvi and vga cable which is great as some of the other monitors dont come with dvi cables.

I paid $229 for this monitor, have gamed RPG and FPS and watched alot of movies on it, I cannot complain about the quality of performance for the price. There may be better monitors out there but I bet you will pay close to $100 more ( or more ) for anything noticeably better.

For the price (especially on sale), great monitor. Contrast is a little weak, so if you don't mind paying a bit more, get the 3000:1 version of this monitor (I'm getting one of those for my new PC). But, if your looking for a large screen that doesn't have to have absolute -blow your mind- image quality; this will do you well for a good price.

The Samsung is a nice value 22” monitor. The pitcher is clean and crisp at native resolution of 1680x1050. It took very little tweaking out of the box to get a good picture.

Going from a 17" LCD to a 22" widescreen LCD is like upgrading from a Honda Civic to a Ferrari... the differences are just utterly amazing. I bought a new Video Card to support this... and together Unreal 3 looks amzing... purely amazing.

I've been using an Acer 22" monitor for about a year so when I needed a new monitor for a new computer I had to stay with a 22". This Samsung looks great both in design and picture. But don't plan on using the speakers for anything serious.

This is a nice looking monitor and it doesn't have a glossy screen, only the cabinet of the monitor itself is glossy. Colour reproduction and response time are fairly good.

This monitor's price is decent considering the product you get in it. No dead pixels/backlight bleeding so far with my experience. However, MAKE SURE you get the dead pixel coverage program, especially with this one as Samsung's support for dead pixels is horrible. Samsung is beginning to retract its zero-dead pixel policy to a lesser one. However, I believe that this monitor still has the "no dead pixel" guarantee, although you'll get a refurbished one.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. - LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
