I purchased 4 of these for my new system and foolishly didn't realize they were 38 mm. The Antec 300 doesn't take 38mm front fans. I am now using 2 for a push/pull on my 212+ and the other two are sitting in a box.       » READ MORE

If you want a hurricane to cheap, the scythe ultra kaze is probably the better for it. By cons, with the hurricane just noise, then to 2000 trm it is quite noisy, then use SpeedFan or RivaTuner becomes necessary to control the speed.      » READ MORE

This fan works very well. While it may not last as long as Panaflos or Deltas, it is also half the price. Perfect for systems not running 24/7. Recommended.      » READ MORE

Great price, fairly quiet , it just works. On a fan controller those are amazing. Keeps everything cool in your case.       » READ MORE

I bought 4 of these to use as shrouds on my WC loop. they work excellent as they get rid of the dead spot pretty efficiently. can't say anything about their performance, i gutted it the second i got itIf you don't catch them on sale for 5$, try to pricematch it down to 6 or 7.      » READ MORE

purchased the 3000RPM version along with this one and it was way too loud. I'm currently running this 2000RPM version in place of a S-FLEX (1600RPM 28.0DBA 63.7CFM) I was running before and I don't notice too much difference sound wise with the 4db sound difference.       » READ MORE

I love Scythe Ultra Kazes generally. I've used the 1k, 2k and 3k RPM models, and have found the 2k RPM ones to be the sweet spot in terms of cooling power and noise. The 1k RPM ones are dead silent but don't move a tonne of air. They're fine for use on a rad like a Thermochill PA series, but you'll want more air movement if you're using a cheaper rad like a Swiftech or HW Labs. Same goes for CPU heatsinks - you'll want the kind of air that the 2k or 3k ones push.       » READ MORE

Picked up quite a few of these at a decent price, and I'm happy with both the amount of air they move, and the sound levels they produce.       » READ MORE

I use 3 of these on my various rads and they're probably overkill (my rads are optimized for low CFM). Nice fans.. just hook em to a controller to make em quieter when you don't need all those CFM.
