i use this monitor this my old rig and it has been very good to me. 5ms is slighty slow but not that noticable. Also this monitors mouting system is really good and very simple will buy again

For the price you cant really beat it but if you want one with a DVI in you will want to go with Acer's 22" model. Its still cheap and has DVI + 3 more inches.

This monitor is excellent for the price. Its what you would expect from Acer monitors. No dead pixels, good clear picture. Only downfall is that its VGA and not DVI however i still give it a 5/5.

i bought this monitor for a friend of mine and so far it performs well: nice contrast and good quality to watch DVD. My friend is not a gamer so I didn't try any games on this screen. My only complain is th lack of DVI port.

No dead pixels for me ! :D. Doesnt come with a DVI port but really its not that big of a deal just get a 3 dollar adapter for your DVI video card, i have this in a KVM so it's a non issue.

Overall a good monitor for the price, resolution is perfect, i highly reccomend this. For a 19"Widescreen, its pretty good. Oubviously not the best out there, there are some better looking monitors out there.

I bought this for a customer build and he asked the least expensive monitor bigger than 17". This one filled the need and it works nicely with no dead pixels. The only bummer is the lack of a DVI port but since my customer is using mostly for browsing and occasional DVD watching, he is very happy and that's what matter for me.

I picked this monitor up because I wasn't looking for something that runs at 123123423x234320498 resolution, and I think I got my money's worth. Bright, clear picture. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a tilt on it, so no adjustments (unless you stuff something underneath it.) But overall it is a great monitor.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Notebooks, PDAs, Televisions, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page. All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly. All fees, including "shipping and handling", insurance coverage fees, and "Rapid Replacement" fees are non-refundable.
- Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and an NCIXUS.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise. DOA items may be returned within 25 days of ordering and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of NCIXUS.com.
- LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
All product warranty coverage after 25-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
