The Noctua NH-U12P is possibly the best heatsink we've tested thus far, rivaling the Thermalright HR-01 Plus for the CPU cooling crown. It excels no matter how much airflow is applied. |

"The Noctua NH-U12P performs very well, even against some of the top-rated heatsinks on the market. When I pulled the cooler out of the box I was initially impressed with build quality and then once it was in use I was highly impressed with it's cooling ability, as well as the performance of the exc |

"With their latest heatsink, Noctua have proven that it is possible to have an all-in-one package for a reasonable price with fantastic cooling, great looking and machined heatsink while making little noise." (Steve Parker, XSReviews.co.uk) |

"It is pretty easy to see from our test results why I use a pair of Noctua heatsinks on my own computer. I have always been impressed by their build quality and the performance is second to none with all of their heatsinks that I have tested over the last ten years. Noctua's flagship NH-U12P is a so |

"I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love Noctua, and for good reason, they make excellent performing and high quality products. [...] The NH-U12P CPU Cooler is a great choice for anyone out there looking to cool any hot CPU, with the inclusion of the Noctua NF-P12 fan and the new NT-H1 the |

The Noctua NH-U12P is a solid cooler that performs with the very best out there. Combine this with a strong fan that can be classified as “silent,” and you have a complete package. For anyone in the market for a new processor cooler or if you are just looking to quiet your system down, this is one h |

"Put simply, the Noctua NH-U12P is a fantastic heatsink. It is a phenomenal performer on both LGA775 and AM2 platforms, is not overly large or heavy and has the best mounting system I have seen to date." |

This Heatsink is working very well on my computer. It made my q6600 dropped 5 celsius. However you have to be careful with the size of it. It is too large for some computer case.

I got this to cool a Q6600 I have it OC'D to 3.3g 1.5v idle is 31-33c load with prime95 57-59c I even took it up to 3.7g 1.65v and it held it at 65c. I am totaly amazed by it. Now with that said if you have anything smaller than an aircraft hanger your out of luck this thing is HUGE I couldn't beleive how big it is. I have a CM690 and it just clears maybe 1/4" if that, so make sure you can fit this monster before you get it. I would get it again and I suggest anyone who wants to keep their CPU cool get this thing.

From the size of it I wasn't quite sure about it. But after installing it, this dropped my Idle temperature from 40C down to 20C (from using stock cooling). Very happy with the results.

Once I got the heat sink onto my NVIDIA GeForce 680i motherboard it worked well, the height of the heat sink reached the other side of the case just barely clearing the side panel. The heat sink keeps my Q6700 when not doing much between 36 degrees C and 40 degrees C. It is also much quieter than I had expected!

While this cooler's price range is near the higher prices, its performance is excellent. It comes with an amazing fan that just delivers. The design of the heatsink is similar to the TRUE. Installing the mounting system was relatively easy too. This is an amazing heatsink for taking down temperatures.

Bought this for my bro's PC. This is a very quiet and well performed CPU cooler. It is a bit tall but luckily my bro is using a lian-li PC-V2100 case, so height is not a problem. However, it is a bit difficult to install especially in the PC-V2100 case because the inverted motherboard compartment, the wall dividing the motherboard compartment and the PSU area is very close to the heatsink, if it is to be installed to be more air flow orientated.

I was completely stunned when I received the box for this monster (my fault as I did not do my homework in terms of size but only weight). That box was almost the same size as my old flight joystick... Once all was put together though...sweet. Again, just be aware of the clearances required for this awesome cooler.

I am very happy with this cooler. Keeps my temps down very easily. One thing you should be aware of is that the fan doesn't move a lot of air, so be sure to have some case fans if you are overclocking.

This is probably the best cooling option I've ever used and it's even better then my DIY liquid cooling system during the hot summer days.

Bought this badboy 1 month ago to cool my OC'ed e8400 and it does it's job. I installed a second fan for a push-pull configuration quite easily. The only thing you have to watch is the size of your case because this thing is HUGE. A small case (I own a antec 900, which is not THAT small, but had problems) can cause problems when trying to mount the fans.
