I got these to play CS:S and COD4 along with an soundblaster x-fi extreme gamer. I'm very happy over all. You get a good accurate 5.1 experiance out of these headphones. Although, the bass is realy lacking if you ask me... Also, some of the other channels are fairly lame. If people are behind you, it kind of sounds like a tin can, not alot of base. I'm sure there are other headsets out there that can give you better quality, although I've never tried any of them. I probably would try a different set next time, although I'm not compltely disappointed. Like I said before, you do get an accurate 5.1 experiance, but just not the best quality dependnig on the location. Main channels sound great though.

Let's be clear about one thing first: this is a surround-sound gaming headset. it's not made for music and movies or for audiophiles. as a gaming headset, it's excellent.

Overall, I am quite pleased by the quality of this headset. They were on sale at the time I decided to purchase them, and they were worth the money. My last headset, a Logitech, is flimsy and cheap compared to this one.

Still own a pair of Sennhesier PC161 gaming headphones, thought I would never switch cause they were the best I ever owned. Bought these figuring if I didn't like them I would use them on my Multimedia PC. Guess what - the Senn's went onto the multimedia PC. Sound is very crisp compared to the Senn's. May take a while to set them up with sound card. First set was defective. Right rear didn't work but did a cross ship with NCIX and haed the replacement the next day :)

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Notebooks, PDAs, Televisions, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page. - Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and an NCIXUS.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. - LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
