I've had this for about two weeks now, i got it on sale for $200, i went there wanting to buy the O2, but it was out of stock, and, well here i am. So i was turned onto the Cowon media player initially, as it was a high quality player, the devices cowon had to offer looked sumptuous to say the least, so i took a leap. Am i happy with this player? Yes. Am i blown away by it? I'd say no, everything works great, the headhphones that come with it are pretty stock, i suggest an upgrade, but the worst problem, is trying to convert videos properly to view them on it, it turned out to be a nightmare finding an encoding program that would do it, eventually i stumbled on a program called iLove, created by a frustrated D2 owner, since then it's worked great no problems, sounds awesome

So far has been very reliable. Battery life is fantastic. For the price compared to other touch screens, it can't be beat.

Wish it had a larger screen. One of my favorite features is the ability to put things on it without having to install any software (iTunes, etc).

I did a lot of research into MP3 companies because I hate iTunes and so I needed an alternative player. I stumbled across Cowon and read a lot of professional and user reviews that were really positive about the company, and in particular the D2, so I gambled and got it. Having used it for over two months now, I can honestly say it is the best player I have ever used or seen. If you like to customize, there are tonnes of options, apps, and games for it aswell. It does everything it says it will and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. - LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
