I would highly recommend this cooler, it has dropped my 4850 from 45 degrees to approximately 37~ on idle. On load it won't even hit 45. Also I was able to OC approximately 20% more on the core clock. Very good cooler overall.

Dropped temps from 61C idle and 74C running FAH, both with 85% fan speed, to 42C and 53C at 40% fan. Nowhere near as loud as the stock, just a gentle whoosh of air now. Running this in an Antec 1200 with every fan on low, now I have to figure which is the noisiest fan, was no contest before with the stock fan.

I bought a factory overclocked 4870 from ASUS.For some reason they felt having no cooling on the memory chips was a really good idea.I should have RMA'd it but went with a after market cooler instead. The Artic twin turbo Idles my card at 38c and the highest I have seen any of temps go is 62c down from an Idle of 50c and a high of 72c(the card would crash at this point).

Excellent cooler. Keeps my 4870 at 44degC idle and at 60degC when running ATITool. Can't hear the fans over system fans. Its a little big, height wise, as adding another card for CF will be really tight on my Rampage Formula. Overall though, its an excellent after-market solution, would recommend to anyone!

It is an efficient cooling device. I installed it on my Sapphire HD3850. I overclocked the card to 770/1125(2250). When i played to C&C Red Alert 3, the temp used to be into the range of 70-72C and started to show some artifacts. Now is 46-49C and no artifact anymore.

I put this on an EVGA 9800GT. It cools better and is much quieter than the stock cooler. The RAM sinks can be tricky to install. Took about 20 minutes to remove old cooler and put this on. Recommended if you are worried about temps or noise.

I put this on my Diamond HD4850 that had reference cooling. drop temperatures quite a bit and was also a lot quieter compared to what the reference cooling fan speed had to be to achieve similar temperatures. drop ped my temps about 15C compared to stock while remaining silent.

This cooler is absolutely amazing. My old stock 4870 cooler would get me load temps of 65C at high speeds and sounded like a plane taking off! This cooler is barely audible at 100%, and at that speed gives me a max load temp of 45C! for those who don't know, that is absolutely amazing, considering the 4870 is far and wide the hottest card on the market right now, the stock cooler is massive, and this thing beats it hands down. One small problem is that there is only a small temp decrease on the voltage regulators, but I've heard it can be solved with some extra vrmsinks applied to the side of the card opposite the regulators.

great cooling device, before this my 8899gt would go upto 80degredd under 80% stock fan and a 800mm exhaust fan under the card. no my 8800 tops at abou 55 maybe, on a hot day. also OCed my card to 700/1728/1000 and its running stable.by using this it also decreased my over all case temperature nu a couple of degrees, if u need great cooling for the price, pick one of these up!
