Save time and money by letting one of our experts assemble and test your new custom PC. Choose from a wide range of components without having to worry about the headaches of troubleshooting incompatible hardware. We will install the Windows® operating system of your choice(if purchased in the same order) and all necessary drives, as well as perform a complete compatibility check, Before shipping, your system will be given a final inspection including cable optimization to ensure proper airflow and safety during shipping.
Here is a brief description of some of the benefits that NCIX offers versus other PC builders:
-We can give limitless flexibility to our customers. Special instructions and hard-to-get hardware are no problem for us. Other system builders may only have the option of one memory brand or one video card brand, or they may allow you to special order something else, but we have an enormous variety of products in stock and ready for your system.
-We provide a Windows disc for your chosen operating system and a certificate of authenticity. No recovery CDs. That means you get all the discs that came with your hardware, which makes slipstreaming Windows updates & installing the latest drivers much simpler in the event of a reformat.
-We only install what you order from us. We don't tack on any extra resource-hogging programs to subsidize our builds. We install your OS, any office applications, and system drivers. Your new machine will be ready out of the box and will not require any programs to be uninstalled.
-Besides our 1 year system warranty, we will ship all retail boxes, packaging and accessories with your new computer so that if you need to RMA a product directly to the manufacturer AFTER our warranty period, you will have everything you need. Some components (some hard drives, memory, some video cards) will come with 2-4 years of additional warranty service directly from the manufacturer.
-Our system experts will carefully assemble your PC, then test to ensure that no parts were DOA (dead on arrival) before shipping to you. This can save you hours of frustrating troubleshooting and costly RMA shipping back and forth. Let us make sure everything works before shipping to you.

I was a bit skeptical about this at first but I am extremely happy with it, computer worked flawlessly out of the box and till does to this day.

Got this option for my recent computer and I'm very satisfied with the results. The wires are placed nicely, bolts screwed in tight, and test results indicating the computer works. Only bad thing is that they installed the cpu heatsink when i though they didn't. The heaksink was installed poorly. Thermal compound was smeered onto the sides creating a very messy sceen and in addition to that one of the snap on pins was place in between the CPU and heatsink (don't know why this was done) but that could of damaged the cpu. I recommend to leave in a addition note if you dont want the heatsink to be installed, it'll probalby be better off that way. In the end, great service, will use again except for installing heatsinks.

The assembly part was done well and is nice to have your computer all put together and ready to go when you get it, however the testing part was done porly, when I got my computer it had major stability issues. It would lock up when watching movies or playing games. It would of been nice if they did stability testing with a game or something and tried to fix the problems or notified me and told me any extra parts I'll have to buy and have them install to fix the problem before they sent me the computer. This way I wouldn't have to deal with these problems.

It just looked good, they even installed the Scythe Ninja heatsink which I expected to have to do on my own; They filled the computer with foam to avoid any damage, I'm not sure if they always do but I liked to see that. Outside the case there was a sticker saying that it was filled with foam and I had to remove it, which I might not have noticed if I hadn't read it; I was kind of in a hurry to boot up.

I've never built a computer before and after reading reviews, I decided to let NCIX handle everything. My new build works wonderfully and smoothly. I love the fact that they sent a screenshot of different applications being used and a view of every piece of hardware successfully installed. It was done really quickly too!

Products sold by NCIXUS.com are covered under a limited 25-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ALL merchandise requires an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NCIXUS.com for return. RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, Notebooks, PDAs, Televisions, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page. All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly. All fees, including "shipping and handling", insurance coverage fees, and "Rapid Replacement" fees are non-refundable.
- Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and an NCIXUS.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise. DOA items may be returned within 25 days of ordering and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of NCIXUS.com.
- LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most of the manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
All product warranty coverage after 25-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. NCIXUS.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
