Purchased this for my HTPC where the powersupplies SATA power cables didn't quite reach the DVD drive, but the molex connectors did. Works perfectly, was cheap and seems to be high quality (as high quality as PSU converter cables seem to get, anyway). I wish the molex connector was black plastic, however.      » READ MORE

Have used many of these without problems. Simple basic conversion from 4-pin Molex connector to SATA power. Good if your power supply doesn't supply enough SATA power connectors. Most internal peripherals are now SATA but some power supplies still only include two or three plugs which is not enough. Get these and you're set for any power supply.      » READ MORE

No problems with this, it works like it should and fits all the connections well. My power supply only has two sata power adapters so when I picked up my third hard drive, I needed one of these and everything works well.      » READ MORE

Too bad its not UV sensitive plastic parts. if the SATA connector is black, why not make the 4 pin black as well...or at least UV sensitive. good for powersupplies with only 2 SATA power plugs. covert those 4pins into SATA power jacks.      » READ MORE

Bought a couple of these on sale. Essential item these days with so many power supplies not having enough SATA connectors. Every geek should have some of these on hand. A more elegant version might have been an adapter plug without the wires between the two connectors.      » READ MORE
