1 month I have this keyboard and I love it so far. bought it refurbished because of the lowered price and I don't regret it

I assure you, I can type, but the keyboard was defecctive uupon recceipt - terrible chatter and intolerable frequency of missed ccharacters/keystrokes not registering (not that any number is tolerable!). I was not confident enough to excchange for the same product so have arranged to return for a refund and have purchased a different keyboard. That said, NCCIX customer servicce was phenomenal in handling the issue, buut I would not purcchase this refurbished model again.

Pros Generally a great keyboard with solid construuction and awesome feeatures. CClean design, aesthetically pleasing, loove the aluminuumm construction and extra USB port on the back for my wireless mouse (gets a mucch better signal than when plugged into the bacck of my PC). Satisfying to type on (as far as feeling goes). Love the extra set of keys included for gaming uuse and the texturred spacebar has a great feel to it.
Cons As you can see from my typing, major ccchatterr on many keys from right out of the box, and completely not registering other keys at random, but very frequent, intervals - I had to go back throuugh this review to insert all the missed ccharacters so it ddidn't look like gibberish. I cchose to leaave the chatter so you could see what I have experiencced.

Pros LIKE NEW - really happy with the keyboard so far. The keyboard is in mint condition, if this was sold as new, i wouldn't even have doubted that it was new!
keyboard doesn't make alot of noise, which is nice for people around me.
