Summary Unless you want flashy looking cables or require a right-angled connector, these offer an inexpensive solution with good build quality. Particularly so when they are on sale.
Although I've never done speed tests to compare against other cables, I've used them on platter drives and SSDs and have nothing to complain about. Have bought more than once, and will continue to do so as the need arises.
Pros These cables are always on sale somewhere, and so are available for around $2.00. At that price it just makes sense to keep spares around. These are 18" long and so fit most situations.
Cons These do not have serrated locking clips, so make sure that they are properly seated after cleaning inside case, etc. That being said, I've happily used these cables for a long time.
Summary Basically they work - and for $2 PM.I use these for backup drives and so I do check-sums, and know that they work. I still have my 1990's Quantum SCSI drive, and HP negative scanner - and the hugely expensive cables. While we've come a long way, remember that the weak point of these cables is that they are not locking. So push all ends home after any opening of case.
Summary It's a SATA cable that does what it's intended to do. I use it to connect a DVD burner. I wish it had one curved end. I bought two and paid less than $2 each. At the price I paid I can't really complain. It's not specified if it's a SATA3 cable, it must be SATA2.

Summary I got a couple of these cables while on sale.Someone mentioned that the ones that lock are better but i noticed that it is not always so. I noticed that if it sticks on too firmly, any movement will cause the plastic on the hard drive to crack.I rather have a cheaper item ,that is ,the sata cable crack than the plastic from my HD. The cables are stiff and i am cautious not to bend it too much or the knick inside the cable, will damage the copper connection.Being internal, one never knows what had happened and it would take hours for one to find out that the HD or dvd is not working.
Summary Have bought tons of these over the years for as low as $0.99 when on sale. They've held up for the most part except for one friend whose dog keeps bumping into his computer and dislodging the connection. Should have bought him the lockable ones instead of going the cheap route.
Summary Picked up a few of these to setup my new system. They are cheap and do their job. Only real gripe is that the plastic bit on the end of the connector is a bit long and can be hard to manage in tight spaces but still ended up meeting my needs.
Cons The size? Oh wait, I choose that size. The price is a weakness, but the pricematch removes it.
Summary Well, its a cable. It connect your SATA stuff to the SATA plugs on your motherboard... and it does it well. But guys, dont forget to do the pricematch thing on them, despite the good performance, its not worth 4 bucks.
Summary This is very good , everywhere ( Mexpress, FS, BB selling for around $5 bucks just for a sata cable , very unreasonable price , but NCIX on sale for $1.99 good price! i am happy about it , and also the red is a very nice colour for cable , nothing i can complain about a two dollars cable , very good,, will buy some more again in the future!
Summary Picked some up during a weekly sale. I like how they are delivered in a circular orientation. The time spent in this state makes it easy to hook these up and maintain a neat installation -- at least for me.
Summary This is your standard sata cable, it is pretty long and should be enough for most cases length wise. It is pretty durable. At 3.99 it is really good and youd be looking at like 9.99 in retail stores so definetely buy this if u need it
Pros A capable SATA cable, had 2 of these already, would prefer these over the ones with the locking pins.
Summary Worked well the first time, easy plug in, no problems noticed with the 2 I already have. Just make sure to buy the longer ones if needed as this is just the 7 inch w/c is good for my setup with not much cable curling around the case.
Summary These are a great deal and can be had very cheaply when on sale, although the lack of an integrated clip means you'll want to be careful with their use in a cramped case (especially if you move your machine around a lot).
Summary This product has worked fine to hook up a backup hard drive for almost three months. On sale, this was a great buy for a low price. I'd say that for $0.99 it's definitely worth it to buy a few, just to keep on hand. Ultimately, it does what it's supposed to do.
Pros Good length (just enough), no transfer speed problems
Summary It is a excellent cable overall, is red to match my GPU, just the right length (not too long so I don't have to twist tie it, and obviously not too short). I havn't had any transfer problems with my hardrive so far. Thanks nGear and NCIX!
Summary Actually worked ok until I came to put the side cover on the computer case. The connector stuck out to far from the hard drive causing it to touch the cover. I reordered the 90 degree end one, so my fault. I'm sure it'll come in handy in the future
Pros -It works and does its job well and does not break easily
Cons -the ends feel a bit cheap but have not broken yet
Summary I price matched it to $2 and its a good length and makes my lower hard drives easier to connect without too much tension on the old SATA cable and connectors on the hard drive. The plastic ends on it are decent quality, no metal clips and the cable is reasonably flexible and since they are so cheap I can afford to have extras on hand and do not have to worry about breaking one in my computer or giving one to a friend who needs a extra.

Summary It's a sata cable...can't really say too much about it. It works well and does it's job. Ordered a couple more to keep on hand in case of future expansions. Well priced when it does go on sale.
Cons Color maybe? Its not black like the rest of my case?
Summary Well, this is a SATA Serial ATA Hard Drive Data Cable, what can you really say about other than it works? It is very malleable and will provide great cable management opportunities for your case if you so require :D
Summary Basically it does exactly what it should, and provides a very nice method of connecting sata drives. Unfortunately they do sometimes "slip" out, and would have preferred them to have clips like some others do.
Summary Pretty well built SATA cable, I like it much better than the ones you get with your motherboard. $4 is a bit expensive but it goes on sale pretty often so it's good to stock up on those babies when you can.
Summary Although the cable is a bit stiff it works. Its cheap and affordable and good quality- can't ask for much more. Will purchase again if I ever need more. Works great with the $10 free shipping gift cards.
Summary i bought 2 of these babies to go along with my newly bought f1 samsung drives...its ridiculous how nowadays companies r trying to cut cost by leaving out the essentials in their products...but oh well. i highly recommend these cables
Pros Price, just can't beat it. For this price buy extras for the next hard drive add ons.
Cons Nothing but would have liked one end to be a 90 degree angle, but at this price who would care.
Summary It works good and does it's job. I had used these from nGear a year ago with no problems. So, I ordered a couple to keep on hand for future expansions. A great value at $0.99 when it goes on sale every so often. I would have liked one end to be a 90 degree angle, but at this price I did not care.

Summary Bought this on sale when it was 99 cents. Can't go wrong with that sort of price. It does what it says it does. Sort of wish it was a just bit longer. It's a sata cable. Not much more to say except that it works.
Pros price, ease of use plug it in pull it out no clip if you have a tight space.
Cons not aware of any
Summary It is a cable what else can be said. it works it does the job it was designed for and i am happy with the end result.. i have a crowded old case with those big wide ata cables and not much space to get my hands in so being clip less is a great feature for me. length was good, quality seems fine and price is good. would buy this again.
Summary Bought two on weekly special to replenish my stock. SATA cables are great things to just have around. With a number of them there is no need to panic if you happen to break the connector, something if already done twice.
Summary This is not worth $5.89. Get it on sale when it is .99 cents. Other than that, it works great and is reliable. Only bad thing is the color, wish you could get it in black. Doesn't have locking clips, but still fits securely.
Summary Bought a handful at .98 for spares/upgrades etc. Plain cable, no locking clips or anything, average length, just handy to have a bunch around. Kinda too bad there weren't some other colors to pick from.

Pros Decent quality cable, excellent bargain at $0.98 sale price.
Summary Again, what can you say about such a simple product, a necessity for building new systems nowadays. Like the SATA power cables also on sale this week, I needed a few for my parts bin, and to connect a 2nd SATA drive in a WHS server project for the home network.
Summary For the sale price of $1 each, if you need extra sata cables these can't be beat. They are on the cheap side, but for the price, you cannot argue. I've got 4 zip tied together, connecting four drives, and have had no problems with them coming loose. Would buy again at sale price.

Summary Being on sale, I thought I should pick up a few. The connectors on these have a cheap feel and it seems that they wont hold properly and may even come loose. My main concern is that it might even break the connector on the drive or motherboard.
Summary I got one of these cables with a Seagate HD i bought recently. The cable is a good length and wire quality is just as good as any other SATA cable I have. I found the end connectors to be a bit lose when connected to the SATA headers but no biggy. All in all recommended.
Pros Will help you in case you buy too many OEM hard drives
Cons Maybe a bit slack
Summary Those sata cables are doing their job right now as I type, and I can't really complain, except that I've had cables that were more tight to the connectors than those cables. But it's not enough to make me say they arn't worth it.
