The Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 delivers high-performance liquid cooling for your CPU in a quick, easy-to-install package. Unlike traditional liquid cooling systems, this self-contained unit comes prefilled and requires no maintenance. The voltage-controlled 120 mm fan and 3rd generation copper coldplate ensure efficient cooling, while the estimated 50,000 hour pump lifetime means this cooler is even likely to outlast the system it cools. Lastly, easy-bend flexible tubing allows the KÜHLER H2O 620 to be installed in nearly any orientation. Take your PC's Quiet Computing™ to the next level with liquid cooling performance at a price that rivals aftermarket air coolers.
I bought this on sale here at NCIX for 35.99 and couldn't believe it!! I shouldn't have been surprised though, as I got my Antec 920 at NCIX for 59.99 about a year ago, and that was a kick azz deal too!!! Using the 920 for the cpu and the new 620 for the GPU (7870 Tahiti le). Recommend!!!
I really like this, it's my very first water cooling CPU unit. The fan is quite large and produces an excellent air flow and it's also very modestly priced, which is always nice. It keeps my rig between 27-31 degree celsius
j'ai acheté ce Cooling . tres facile a installer .très performant good price

Cons Runs loud for the next few months, leaks on your system and kills your compoents
Summary For the first few months it ran nice and quiet with low temperatures and no signs of leaking or bubbles forming. I installed it in the orientation recommended by the manual and bled the air to the top of the radiator as recommended by many reviewers on the internet.
The pump started being really noisy after a few months, then about 11 months after installing it, it leaked. Probably about a third of the liquid is gone, that's why my cpu ran up to over 100 degrees C. Graphics card is dead too now, thanks to the puddle of hot coolant that was sitting on it.
Would not recommend. Keep in mind the OEM is ASETEK on this guy, so other brands who use them also suffer from this problem.
Antec warranty office is still closed, I'll update when I can reach them but I don't have very high hopes for their warranty service.
Pros Great price Pump is virtually silent Provides decent cooling
Cons Stock 120MM fan is loud, and only 2-pin.
Summary I got this for about $40 on sale here. For the price, it's awesome. It keeps my system cool enough, and the small area the pump itself takes up gives room for airflow and looks much better than a massive air cooled heatsink.
My only issue with the kit was the fan- it's only a 2 pin, and runs at 100% all the time which was quite annoying. I replaced it with a Cougar V12HP and now it's very quiet, even at 100% RPM.
I was a little disappointed Antec does not light up the logo on the pump anymore, but at $40 I won't complain. A great purchase.
Pros Antec quality, h2o stability, easily usable for GPU cooling, compact rad and pump design
Cons I really can't think of one

Pros -cost -doesn't compete for space with tall, ram heatsink fins -keeps overclocked cpu temps well within acceptable ramge (32-55 degrees)
Cons -bring a ton of patience when you install this puppy. I have installed the H50 a handful of times and it was a breeze. The h20 620, not so much. The clips on the seating ring would not stay put so it caused all sorts of problems lifting the ring high enough to get the pump underneath it. Finally, I just had to place it down like I would any other system by fastening it down intact---Put some unwanted pressure on the mobo but finally got it done.
Summary Other than the installation issues, it's a decent entry to water cooling.

Summary Certainly much cooler than many stock air/fan coolers. Appears to provide more consistent cooling (my slightly OC'd CPU reports cooler temps and I've had no stability issues, which I had before, since installing this.
"the Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 performs very close to the Corsair H50 unit. Coming in at 2.2% better temps than the H50, the margin is small enough to call it a tie. We see the Corsair H70 doing 2 degress better however.[...]getting the same performance without all the noise is simply a win-win."
"This unit is able to slightly outperform the direct competition while keeping a very close second to a version that includes two fans and a thicker radiator.[...]Antec has more bang for the buck than does any of its competition."
"the performance came very close to the Corsair H70 unit with its big radiator and dual fans. The 620 also went about its cooling duties in a very quiet manner, something that can't be said of the other all-in-one liquid cooling solutions I've tested."
Frankly its performance is almost unbelievably good: its stock-fan performance is 7.2 degrees cooler than Corsair H50, whose radiator appears to be identical. With the high-speed Delta fan on both coolers, the performance gap widens to 9.4 degrees.
