The psu is reliable and quiet for a silent system including fractal design silent case fans, corsair silent fan, season psu, and be quiet heatsink and fan. First quiet system and happy with the silence.
I should have followed the advice I read here years ago. Buy seasonic and never look back. By far the best PSU I've ever owned.
Needed to replace a defective Thermaltake so I took a guess and bought this power supply. Pleasantly surprised with how nice and quiet it is. No problem so far.

Summary The psu is reliable and quiet for a silent system including fractal design silent case fans, corsair silent fan, season psu, and be quiet heatsink and fan. First quiet system and happy with the silence.
Cons Won't run SLI/Xfire dual gpu as there are only 2 pci-e power cables. Not modular.
Summary Going past 4 years now with this PSU & it's been rock stable. PC is on almost 24/7, computer is under heavy loads regularly from graphics apps to gaming & it's always been 100% stable. The current quality of this PSU is outstanding. Powering an old Phenom II 125 watt cpu & GTX 970 without any issues. I would get Seasonic again for my next build.
Pros Quiet, stable, does what its supposed to do without a hitch. Even handles overclocking very well.
Cons Not modular. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it didn't have a buttload of cables, this doesn't take an egg off, because you should be able to see that it is indeed not modular. If you really need a modular PSU, go get the modular version.
Summary Has never given me a problem as far as system booting properly, never any random shutdowns or anything in 7 months of moderate gaming use (I do game quite often but work all the time, you know) - looks like I picked a solid component! But...
Cons 5V rail reads around 4.8V no way to adjust voltages
Summary I always buy Seasonic power supplies because I trust them to be quality built and quiet. This one is no exception.
I am a bit disappointed that I cannot do any adjustments to the voltages. For that reason, I wouldn't buy this model for a system you plan to overclock. Right now, my 5V rail reads only 4.8V in the bios, but honestly I don't know how reliable bios voltage readings are anyway... The PC runs fine with no indication that this is a problem, so it's good enough for my needs.
Summary a great psu which should hold up for quite a while. 620w is plenty for most mid range systems, and is of high quality. should leave plenty of room for other things as the psu is a little bit shorter than usual.
Pros Great little psu, quiet even under load, only good for one card that needss 2 pci-e powers.
Cons not modular so a bit harder to stealth all your cables.
Summary i bought this for a htpc im building, paired it with a gts 450 i bought and its a little overkill but i like me some clean power. the strangest thing is it has 2 8 pin eps one 8 and one 4+4 why not one 4+4... seasonic is corsairs oem so this is just as good if not better than the corsaird equivalent and the price is less as well.
Summary Fantastic Unit, cannot give it enough praise. That being said, the unit came defective (the sleeving rubbed on the PSU fan.) I will take a star off for that, but other than that small mistake from Seasonic I am in love with this PSU. One thing to keep in mind is that this unit is not modular, so you'll need a good case to keep these wires at bay.
